At Flint Athletic, we teach children about exercise in a way that makes them feel great about themselves and their bodies. And we all know that people who keep exercising over the long term are healthier and happier, make better nutrition choices, experience a greater sense of personal wellbeing, and have greater levels of confidence, than those who don’t.
In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scaleable for any participant at any level.
- Classes are designed to accommodate Kids & Teens of all fitness levels.
