Our foundation phase for kids aged 3-5 is designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun and positive training environment!
Kids aged 6-11 partake in an introductory athletic program, exposing them to a variety of sporting activities and cross training. They will also be introduced to our Crossfit Kids program aimed at emphasizing good movement throughout childhood in a fun environment.
(Ages 12-14 & 15-17)
For ages 12-17 we place high emphasis on athletic development. That includes the Crossfit Kids program to develop their physical and cognitive skills, driving healthy competition and promote character building.
All classes Sunday – Saturday (excluding Fridays)
